The Acquisition of Visual Kinematics

The company currently works with Dassault Systemes, Siemens, and Autodesk, which provide customers with a range of AutoCAD models and apps. In this respect, we have relationships with the major CAD and CAE suppliers, including 3D Systems, 3DS Max, CNCM, Epson, Kontakt, J.D. Power, and many others. Tech Soft 3d works with numerous other companies to expand its range of services to meet the needs of its customers in the automotive, industrial, aerospace, and other sectors.

Although all three companies offer similar services, their respective toolkits complement the CAE offering and Ceetron completes the portfolio. Tech Soft 3D offers a wide range of CAD and CAE tools, software, and services for the automotive, industrial, aerospace, and other sectors.

Visual Kinematics (VKI) provides the DevTools suite of CAE SDKs, including VisTools and the Mesh Library, as well as a wide range of tools and services.

Visual Kinematics

The company's Hoops SDKs provide graphics and data exchange components that are found in over 500 engineering applications. Visual Kinematics (VKI), based in California, has been acquired by Tech Soft 3D, a leading global provider of computer-aided engineering (CAE) software development and services. VKI developed a series of software sets - as - a - development kits (SDKs) called Computer-Aided Engineering Software Development Kits (SDKs) for the development of high-performance computer systems (HPC).

Ceetron visualization component that helps Tech Soft 3D penetrate deeper into the CAE market and helps it penetrate further into the markets for high-performance computing systems (HPC) and high-performance computing (HP). Ceetrons and VKI are both members of the CCAE Software Development Kit (SDK) family of tools.

We see great potential in CAE, "Ron D'Agostino, co-founder and CEO of Tech Soft 3D, told engineering.com.

Tech Soft 3D has been around since 1996 and there have only been a handful of acquisitions since then. One was in 2010 when the Paris-based company took over France from its parent company Adobe to "save the standard," as Fritz once wrote.

Then in 2013 Tech Soft acquired a company that develops 3D PDF products for end-users.

Ceetron - 3D-Printing SDKs

More and more companies are launching their own workflow packages on the market, covering the entire 3D printing process. Workflow software developer Authentise has teamed up with Addiguru to integrate a real-time process monitoring system into its own AMES system. As a company, the company is aiming to complement its existing workflow management program with an AI-based on on-site monitoring.

The last part of the company's software integrates all stages of a 3D printing workflow and is optimized to ensure improved productivity and ease of use. Elsewhere, Renishaw is working with TRACEam to develop an all-in-one program portfolio developed by desktop printer manufacturer Raise3D.
